2 VVB private number plate

2 VVB is a four-character dateless registration with a single number followed by three letters. Its format, one number followed by three letters, is a classic style that offers a clean and concise reading. As a dateless registration, it does not show a year identifier, contributing to the timeless look associated with these plates. The number 2 positions this registration towards the lower end of the number sequence, a characteristic generally favoured by collectors.

The initials VVB are considered to have decent popularity, suggesting a broader potential buyer audience for this registration. While no specific word or name reading is inherent to this combination, the strong initials and the short, distinctive format have wide appeal. This style of registration format, with fewer characters, is often sought after for its memorability and visual impact.

This registration was released to the open market via DVLA auction in 2024. It sold for £3,520 (hammer price). With auction fees, the estimated total paid by the buyer was £4,520.
