About private number plate 2 XXL
This dateless registration, 2 XXL, offers a concise four-character format in a number-letter configuration. With the number 2 positioned at the start, it presents as a low-number registration, typically drawing interest from collectors who favour the cleaner look associated with dateless registrations.
The initials XXL are a prominent feature of this registration. While described as having niche to low demand, initials nonetheless form the core appeal for many buyers seeking a personal touch. The clarity of this set of characters offers direct identification.
This registration was released to the open market via DVLA auction in 2017. It sold for £4,100 (hammer price). With auction fees, the estimated total paid by the buyer was £5,314.
