6 BHS private number plate

6 BHS is a distinct dateless registration with a four character format. Its number first, three letters second layout is clean and straightforward, offering a neat visual presentation. The number 6 towards the start of the registration provides a desirable low-number characteristic.

As a dateless registration, 6 BHS does not show a year identifier, contributing to its timeless look. Such registrations have a particular appeal to collectors and those seeking a personal registration that stands apart from the age identifier system. While the exact origin of dateless plates is linked to their format and original issuing authority period, this particular registration was released to the open market via DVLA auction in 2015. It sold for £2,300 (hammer price). With auction fees, the estimated total paid by the buyer was £2,981.

The initials BHS have a decent level of popularity, suggesting a broad potential audience interested in this specific combination. Registrations featuring personal initials are often highly sought after by individuals looking to mark their identity on their vehicle.
