6 GGM private number plate

6 GGM presents a clean, short, four-character dateless registration. The format of one number followed by three letters is typically associated with earlier UK registration eras. The single digit ‘6’ at the start provides a low number for this style of plate, often appealing to buyers seeking distinctiveness. The initials GGM are capable of representing a personal name or initials, suggesting a private and personalised appeal.

Dateless registrations have the timeless look associated with registrations not showing a year identifier, and this format, particularly with a single number and three letters, is generally considered more desirable by collectors. The combination of a short format, a low number, and prominent initials positions 6 GGM as a memorable registration with strong potential for personal association.

This registration was released to the open market via DVLA auction in 2022. It sold for £4,400 (hammer price). With auction fees, the estimated total paid by the buyer was £5,650.
