About private number plate 60 CU

The 4-character dateless registration 60 CU represents a compelling combination of a short format and potential for initials. Its structure, two numbers followed by two letters, offers a clean and easily memorable appearance. Dateless registrations typically appeal to collectors seeking a timeless aesthetic, and this format does not show a year identifier.

The initials CU offer a broad appeal for personal use, potentially suiting individuals with those initials. Such registrations are often sought by those looking for a direct and unobtrusive personal identifier. The number 60, while a double-digit number and thus generally less sought after than single digits or number 1, contributes to a compact and symmetrical registration.

This registration was released to the open market via DVLA auction in 2018. It sold for £2,800 (hammer price). With auction fees, the estimated total paid by the buyer was £3,629.
