90 OT private number plate

90 OT is a compact, four-character dateless UK number plate featuring two numbers followed by two letters, presented in a 2x2 format. This clear and straightforward layout contributes to its appeal for buyers seeking a concise and visually balanced registration. As a dateless plate, it does not show a year identifier, offering the clean look associated with dateless registrations.

The registration 90 OT is suitable for representing personal initials, with 'OT' acting as a direct initials reading. The number 90 is a low double-digit number, fitting within the 10 to 99 band. This type of registration, with fewer digits and a clear initials pairing, generally holds significant appeal among collectors and individuals looking for personalised number plates. The 'OT' initials are considered to have mid-market popularity, suggesting a reasonably broad pool of potential buyers.

This specific registration was released to the open market via DVLA auction in 2020. It sold for £6,060 (hammer price). With auction fees, the estimated total paid by the buyer was £7,781.
