EGZ 2 private number plate

EGZ 2 is a four-character dateless registration with a clean, sought-after format. It features three letters followed by a single number, a style that offers a compact and easily readable presentation. The inclusion of the number 2, as a very low single digit, contributes to its distinctive appeal, typically carrying stronger collector interest than higher number sequences.

The EGZ initials offer a niche appeal, presenting a more personal or specific choice for buyers. The combination of a short format and a low number signifies a considered selection for those prioritising unique identifier traits. This registration does not show a year identifier and has the timeless look associated with dateless plates.

EGZ 2 was released to the open market via DVLA auction in 2018. It sold for £3,200 (hammer price). With auction fees, the estimated total paid by the buyer was £4,147.
