VJZ 8 private number plate

VJZ 8 is a four-character dateless registration featuring a three-letter, one-number format. This layout offers a clean and appealing aesthetic often sought after by collectors. The plate's dateless nature means it does not display a year identifier, contributing to its timeless look.

The registration presents recognisable initials, VJZ, which may appeal to individuals seeking a personal connection to their plate. The number 8 is a single digit and appears at the end of the registration, following the letters. This format is generally more sought after than comparable plates with more characters.

VJZ 8 has direct relevance to enthusiasts of BMW M vehicles. Its format of VJZ and the number 8 strongly mirrors the designation of the BMW Z8, a model known for its iconic design and performance. This connection could be particularly appealing to owners of the BMW Z8 or other high-performance M models such as the Z3 M or Z4 M.

The release of this registration to the open market occurred via DVLA auction in 2015. It sold for £1,100 (hammer price). With auction fees, the estimated total paid by the buyer was £1,426.
