About private number plate 8 WAD

This registration presents an opportunity for individuals seeking a personal initials plate, with WAD forming a potential name or acronym. The initials WAD are considered to have mid-market appeal, suggesting a respectable breadth of potential buyers in the UK market. Dateless plates such as this typically hold a timeless quality, not showing a year identifier.
The plate was released to the open market via DVLA auction in 2015. It sold for £3,600 (hammer price). With auction fees, the estimated total paid by the buyer was £4,666.
